I reached out to MD on Saturday morning with an emergency request to clean our living room carpet which had been badly stained by a stove installation contractor. We discovered the mess as the contractor was leaving late Friday night. Our daughters and 3 grandchildren were arriving on Tuesday morning. MD was at the house by 9.00 am Monday morning and the job was satisfactorily completed within a couple of hours. The carpet looks like new. He was cheerful, helpful and very accommodating.
