Terms and Conditions
Clean Master is dedicated to providing cleaning services by mutually agreed-upon terms and conditions between the client and our company.
Payment for cleaning services is due upon completion unless a written agreement states otherwise. We accept cash, checks, or electronic payments, including returned checks. In the case of delayed payment, a 5% fee will be added to the outstanding balance.
To cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, we request a 24-hour notice. If circumstances beyond our control prevent us from accessing the premises or completing the cleaning upon arrival at your home or business, a cancellation fee may be applied.
Damages and Liability:
Clean Master holds no liability for damage to your property or belongings, except when caused by our negligence. We are not responsible for injuries sustained by our employees or damages resulting from actions by employees of other companies while cleaning your property.
